Procrastination (OH NO!!!!!!)




What is procrastination? It is, according to dictionary.com, "–verb (used without object) 1. to defer action; delay: to procrastinate until an opportunity is lost.

–verb (used with object) 2. to put off till another day or time; defer; delay."
Do you now know what procrastination is? Is it good or bad? It is obviously bad. How do you overcome it?
You might want to look at things from a more logical point of view. What is the point of sitting down frowning at the brightness of the sky when you are supposed to be at your office in 30 seconds? That was an example. Was that not easy enough? What is the point of sitting down "planning" on how to do the work you were supposed to have started working on five minutes earlier when you can do your "planning" on the way to your office which is one kilometre away. What is the point of staring at a piece of colourful rock or wood for thirty minutes when you do something else that can benefit your future?
Even if you are doing work, when you can do something which is better, do that instead! Setting your priorities can also help you.
Do you understand now? I do not think that you should say, "I'll help the children of Africa later. For now I'll just play my "X-box 360" for fun.".
Procrastination with exercising or with becoming fitter might happen too, and that might be dangerous, or it might not. Even if its not dangerous, why procrastinate? Would you procrastinate your life? Would you say," I'll continue living later."?
Life might become better for you with no procrastination.
